Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | Hospital-Based | Opportunity for Additional Hours

Nyman Associates, a company founded and operated by Speech-Language Pathologists since 1978, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a hospital-based position supporting Women's Health services and the NICU/IICU. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an interdisciplinary medical team providing specialized care to neonatal and adult patient populations.

Neonatal feeding and dysphagia experience is required.

About the Role

This position focuses primarily on evaluation and treatment of infants in the NICU/IICU, with additional opportunities to support inpatient and outpatient adult populations. The ideal candidate is passionate about medically based speech-language pathology and has experience working with neonatal feeding and swallowing disorders.

What You'll Do

Evaluate patients referred for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia services
Provide neonatal feeding and swallowing assessments and interventions in the NICU/IICU
Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Deliver speech, language, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia therapy services
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, lactation consultants, and other healthcare professionals
Educate and support families and caregivers regarding feeding, communication, and home programming
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Required: Experience with neonatal feeding and dysphagia management
Prior NICU and/or acute care hospital experience
